1. Application

SC(ZB)9(JUC) series dry transformer is a kind of resin cast thin insulation dry transformer imported from Switzerland with international leading level, it is widely used in demanding places like high building, mall center, airport, bus station, wharf, subway, factory, underground power distribution plant, drilling platform of sea petroleum, power plant etc.

2. Character

2.1. Enameled copper wire is used for high voltage winding, while the low voltage winding is wound by copper foil. The high voltage winding uses fiberglass gridding cloth plate and uses imported epoxy resin for casting in vacuum condition, a firm integer forms after it is solidified, which owns high mechanical strength, small partial discharge and high reliability.
2.2. With flame resistance, explosion prevention, environmental pollution and environmental protection, it can be installed in load center.
2.3. The coil doesn't absorb moisture, the iron core and clamping piece can be operated in condition of 100% relative humidity and other severe environment after special process.
2.4. The products has strong ability to resist sudden short circuit, high protection against lightning and operating wave impulse, large overload capacity.
2.5. The resin insulation inside and outside of coil is thin with good thermolysis performance. It usually adopts natural air cooling (AN) system. Transformer of any protection class can be equipped with forced air cooling system (AF).
2.6. The products is of low loss, high energy saving efficiency, economical operation, maintenance free.
2.7. The products is of small volume, light weight, small space occupation, simple installation.
2.8. The temperature control system composes of temperature controller and PTC temperature measuring element installed in the hottest position, namely, upper end of low voltage winding, it realizes temperature measure and control for transformer. When the temperature is too high due to overload operation or fault, temperature controller will send out alarm signal, and it will trip itself when the temperature exceeds the safe value, The cut in /out operation of cooling fan is performed by temperature controller according to temperature of winding when forced air cooling is used.
3.9. The temperature display system directly displays hot point temperature of winding during transformer operation, and it could be used together with temperature control system.
